We offer a variety of pricing structures to best fit your practice and needs. If you don't see exactly what you are seeking, we will collaborate to find a solution that fits your requirements.  

• Percentage-based fee structure (full service)

  • Flat monthly fee of $50 to cover account maintenance and administrative tasks

  • These percentages are based solely on claims revenue received, not billed

  • 5% of self-pay, cash claims

  • 7% of insurance claims (this will include any amount transferred to the patient's responsibility after insurance has processed and paid)

  • 11% of personal injury, workers’ compensation, and motor vehicle accident claims

  • Best for practices seeking full revenue-cycle management services, or those who want the luxury of connecting without being billed for every minute

• Project-based fee structure

  • Based on your specific need and the time commitment required
